Argentina is Latin America is a country located in the southern South American continent, its position is between the Andes Mountains in the west and the Atlantic Ocean in the south. This location makes Argentina known as the 'most southern state in the south' (Spanish: "sur del Sur"). Argentina has a vast area and is the eighth largest country in the world, while its capital Buenos Aires is one of the most populous metropolis in the world. It shares borders with Paraguay and Bolivia in the north, Brazil and Uruguay in the northeast and Chile in the west. Its official name for the legislative interests is 'Country Argentina' (Nacion Argentina).
